After School Activities
IMPORTANT! All students who are participating in any sport (grades 5-8) MUST have a Physical Form (completed by a doctor) on file in the Community Education After School Activities Office in order to participate. The After School Activities program provides programming for all 5th-8th grade students; public and non-public. Check activity descriptions for specific grade requirements.
