|Adult Enrichment Classes|
Enrichments provides fabulous classes for teens and adults of all ages in areas such as the arts, recreation, fitness & wellness, trips, personal and professional development and so much more! There is something for everyone! If you have an expertise or skills that you would like to share with the community, call to inquire about joining the Community Education team.
Project COMPASS classes are open to all in the community, specializing in slower-paced courses, customized classes for people 14+ with disabilities, parent & professional development workshops & support groups. Do you know a family member, friend, or neighbor with a disability that would like to be more active, meet new friends, and be more involved in the community? Are you looking for support groups or professional development workshops? Project COMPASS may be the answer.
|After School Activities|
IMPORTANT! All students who are participating in any sport (grades 5-8) MUST have a Physical Form (completed by a doctor) on file in the Community Education After School Activities Office in order to participate. The After School Activities program provides programming for all 5th-8th grade students; public and non-public. Check activity descriptions for specific grade requirements.
|Early Childhood Family Education|
ECFE offers parenting classes, play and learning activities for children, family events, community resource information, and a library of books, toys and learning materials to all families with children between the ages of birth and kindergarten. We offer weekly and twice monthly classes, special events, and other opportunities. Families new to ECFE are given priority in limited registration offerings and receive their first class FREE!
This program is for high school students looking to take the ACT Preparation Workshop as well as kids Pre-K through 8th grade who are looking for enrichment opportunities. It offers enrichment opportunities such as Zumba for Kids, Fencing, Lego League, Beginning Karate and other offerings that are not through Middle School Activities Program. Watch for flyers in your child's backpack.
