Ever had a workout where resistance totally surrounded your body? Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. With the combination of music, water noodles, water dumbbells, and pure cardio, you will get an amazing workout! This class accommodates all level of fitness and challenges everyone individually. Please bring water dumbbells and or water noodle if possible. Water aerobics will now be meeting once a week on Mondays unless otherwise specified.
