Escape to the Mediterranean with the flavors of Greece in this LIVE COOK-ALONG class! Learn how to create a classic full flavored Greek Meal for you and your family/significant other. Or better yet, have your family or significant other join you as you create the taste of Greece in your kitchen! A very full and busy class indeed! Items on the menu will include Greek Grilled chicken Souvlaki (skewers), Tzatziki (traditional Greek yogurt dipping sauce), Greek Veggie Rice (prepared in the Instant Pot or on the stove-top), and homemade pita bread! Time permitting; a dressing for a Greek Salad will also be shared. Have your questions answered by the instructor and watch your confidence in cooking grow during this class!
Included in this fee is a copy of the instructor's personal recipes professionally created in PDF format. This class will take place on Zoom, a free on-line software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting.
As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group on Facebook exclusively for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the group although joining is optional. The group will provide an opportunity for members to ask questions, share their own creations, interact with other participants and support each other on their Instant Pot journey. Come join the fun! Note: One registration fee for this on-line Virtual class can include participants from the same household only. In addition, please know that every attempt will be made to keep to these wonderful menu items. Given current circumstances however, the instructor may have to make substitutions.
