Are you looking for a fun bonding opportunity with your family this summer? Join this 6-session Yoga & Me course to connect with your littles while learning and practicing aspects of yoga such as yoga poses, and breathing & mindfulness techniques. Classes will include music, books, games, and lots of opportunities for families to move and express their natural curiosity together. Please bring a yoga mat/blanket.towel for each person. Water bottles are always a good idea. Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. all ages of kids are welcome, with a recommendation of ages 2-5.
