Please join us and make your voice heard at the annual rally at the MN State Capitol in support of people living with Mental Illness and their families. We will rally at the capital rotunda and then visit with our legislators. It is vital that we educate them about the importance of funding Mental Health Services. A FREE BUS RIDE is available leaving Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center located at 420 East Sarnia St., Winona at 7:00 am sharp. A free lunch is also provided.
