NAMI Connections, a free, self-help group for people recovering from mental illness is a place to find acceptance, support, and friendship. It meets every Monday evening when in session. Sponsored by the VFW, NAMI (National alliance on Mental Illness) Winona Affiliate, and Project COMPASS. NAMI Support groups are subject to change, based on COVID 19 protocols.
