Mat Pilates is an effective way to strengthen, stretch, and tone the body's muscles in the core. Classes are done to music Exercises emphasize working the lower back, abdomen, leg, arms, and butt. A 45 minute workout is effective. Variation on the movements makes this class work well for all levels. Please bring Yoga or Pilates mat, a water bottle and a sweat towel.
