Join Elle for an outdoors All Levels yoga Class which includes seated and standing poses. Blending Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga, as well as a quirky sense of humor. Elle emphasizes techniques for stress reduction and back care in her teaching. Elle brings over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor, 200-hour Vinyasa training, Advanced Forrest Yoga Teacher Training, as well as a commitment to ongoing study in the practice and traditions of yoga.
Yoga mat, blanket, or large towel to practice on.
Yoga blocks or additional blanket/towel you can roll up.
Yoga strap or substitute such as a kitchen towel, stretchy sock, tie you no longer wear, or bathrobe belt.
