Description:
Enjoy a free yoga class to end the school year! This class will focus on fundamental poses. We will use modifications to make the most of our time and experience while practicing yoga. You don't have to be flexible to get the most out of yoga, join the class and we will go through it together! For experienced yogis and people who have never stepped foot on a mat! Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat or towel.
